Working as an Executive VA in 2026 means handling multiple responsibilities every single day. Between managing inboxes, organizing schedules, writing content, handling research, and communicating with clients, it became difficult to keep up with everything without eventually feeling overwhelmed. I started looking into AI tools because I wanted to improve my workflow and reduce the amount of time spent on repetitive tasks. After testing different platforms, the two tools that genuinely became part of my routine are Jenni AI and Lindy AI because they help me in completely different areas of my work.

Jenni AI became one of the most useful tools in my workflow when it comes to writing and organizing ideas. I mainly use it for blog drafts, research summaries, brainstorming content, and restructuring information when I need something to sound clearer and more professional.

What I personally like is that it helps me start writing faster without making the content feel robotic. Instead of spending too much time trying to organize my thoughts from scratch, I can immediately build an outline and improve it from there. I still manually edit everything because I want the final output to feel natural and personal, but Jenni AI saves me a huge amount of time during busy workdays.

For the operational side of my work, Lindy AI became one of the best tools I’ve used this year. A large part of being an Executive VA involves repetitive admin work like follow-ups, reminders, scheduling, and keeping communication organized. Those tasks may seem small individually, but they quickly become mentally exhausting when you’re handling multiple clients at once.

Lindy AI helped me automate parts of those workflows so I could focus more on client support and less on constantly trying to keep track of every small detail manually. One thing I noticed after using it consistently was how much more organized and less stressful my days started to feel.

Using AI tools did not replace the human side of my work. Clients still value communication, creativity, reliability, and good decision-making, and those are things that still require a real person behind the workflow. What these tools helped me do was become more efficient without feeling burnt out from repetitive tasks. Jenni AI improved how I handle writing and content-heavy projects, while Lindy AI helped simplify my daily operations and organization. If you’re working online as a VA, freelancer, or executive support professional, learning how to use AI tools properly can genuinely make your workflow smoother and more manageable in 2026.
