This engagement involved the end-to-end design and deployment of a dynamic Power BI reporting environment to support advanced email analytics, performance tracking, and executive-level insight generation. Spanning multiple phases, the project required not only dashboard development but also data extraction, transformation, model optimization, and long-term publishing strategy. The objective was to convert high-volume email campaign data into a scalable intelligence framework capable of supporting marketing, operations, and leadership stakeholders.

The architecture began with structured SQL-based data extraction and transformation workflows, ensuring clean, analysis-ready datasets. Comprehensive data preparation and cleansing pipelines were implemented to normalize disparate email performance inputs, including campaign engagement metrics, segmentation performance, delivery outcomes, and behavioral response indicators.
