This engagement involved the design and deployment of an executive-grade Looker Studio dashboard for a fast-growing Skool-based community business operating on a recurring subscription model. The data infrastructure was already connected and raw datasets were available; the mandate was to architect a refined analytics layer that translated transactional and membership data into structured revenue intelligence. The objective was not simply visualization, but the formal definition, modeling, and operationalization of key financial and lifecycle metrics to support strategic decision-making.

The core analytical framework centered on two pillars: Revenue Intelligence and Member Lifecycle Analytics. Revenue modeling included total revenue trending over time, Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) tracking, and decomposition of revenue streams into new acquisition versus recurring renewals. Period-based filtering (7/30/90-day rolling windows) was engineered to enable rapid temporal analysis, while churn-attributed lost revenue was quantified and visualized using stacked bar representations to expose revenue leakage patterns. On the member analytics side, the dashboard operationalized total paying member counts, churn rate percentage, retention behavior, average member lifespan, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and Average Revenue Per Member (ARPM). These metrics were calculated using structured aggregation logic to ensure financial accuracy and longitudinal consistency.
From a systems perspective, the engagement required translating raw subscription event data into clean, decision-ready metrics through calculated fields, cohort-aware logic, and time-aware filters. Special emphasis was placed on time-based filtering controls—allowing both dynamic period selection and fixed aggregate views—ensuring that executives could shift seamlessly between high-level financial summaries and granular trend analysis. Logical grouping of related KPIs, visual hierarchy alignment, and narrative-driven layout principles were applied to ensure clarity without sacrificing analytical depth.
The final deliverable was a polished, performance-optimized Looker Studio dashboard designed as a self-service decision-support system. The interface balanced aesthetic refinement with analytical rigor, enabling stakeholders to monitor growth velocity, churn impact, and revenue composition in real time. The architecture supports ongoing scalability as the community expands, ensuring the reporting layer remains structurally aligned with business evolution.

The project was delivered under an accelerated timeline and concluded with a 5.0/5 client rating, reflecting strong collaboration, accountability, and execution quality. The engagement stands as a representative example of transforming subscription-based raw data into a structured revenue intelligence platform—bridging financial modeling, lifecycle analytics, and executive-ready visualization within a unified BI framework.
